What do you sell?: Physical paper goods for gift wrapping and party tabletop decoration: wrapping rolls, ribbon, tissue, gift tags, seals, favour boxes, garlands, place cards, runners, and curated bundles. We do not sell services, installation, or regulated items.
What currency are prices in?: All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
How much is shipping?: Standard shipping is a flat $6.00, and free on orders of $55 or more. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery estimates by region.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes. We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I return an item?: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, paper that has been cut, used, or written on, and opened tissue, confetti, or seal packs, cannot be returned. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Will the colours match the photos exactly?: Paper colours vary slightly between screens and print batches. Our Palette Composer and swatch cards help you plan a coordinated combination before you buy.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?: Yes. Venues, studios, hotels, caterers, and anyone buying seasonal stock can request volume pricing through our Bulk Orders page.
How do payments work?: Payment is handled securely by third-party payment providers at checkout. We do not store full card details.
