Physical home organization products — shoe racks, key shelves, umbrella stands, storage bins, baskets, labels and similar entryway and utility items. We ship finished goods only and do not provide any installation, repair or trade service.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

You can return unused, un-installed items in their original packaging within 14 days. See the full Returns & Refunds policy, including the conditions for wall-mounted items.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe Checkout and payments via PayPal. Card details are handled securely by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Wall-mounted items include standard wall plugs and screws and a fitting template. Always check the product specs for the maximum load and suitable surfaces, and use the correct fixings for your wall type.
