1. About us

kgammonph.shop (the "Store") is operated by K. GAMMON PLUMBING & HEATING LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 05250235, registered office Clarke Gower & Co, 181 Cole Valley Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 0DG. In these terms "we", "us" and "Kgammonph" mean K. GAMMON PLUMBING & HEATING LTD.

2. What we sell

We sell physical home organization products for delivery. We do not provide installation, repair, maintenance or any trade, contractor or professional fitting service through this Store. Product descriptions, dimensions and load ratings are provided to help you choose the right item for your needs.

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken for a declined order.

4. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable item pricing; shipping is shown at checkout.
• We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout and payments via PayPal.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
• Your card statement will show a descriptor such as "KGAMMONPH STORE".
• We take reasonable care to price correctly; if an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Product use & safety

Please follow the assembly and safety guidance supplied with each product. Wall-mounted and load-bearing items must be fitted using the correct fixings for your wall type and within the stated maximum load. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, overloading or use other than as intended.

8. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Store is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the local law of your place of residence.
