Returns & Refunds
Last updated 23 June 2026. We want you to be happy with your order. If it isn't right, here's how returns work.
Your 14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in re-saleable condition;
- Un-installed and not fixed to a wall or surface;
- In their original packaging with all parts, fixings and accessories;
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Items that have been installed, mounted, or fixed with the supplied or other adhesives;
- Products that have been used or are missing original parts, fixings or packaging;
- Adhesive-backed products (such as cable clips and reusable labels) once the backing has been removed and applied;
- Bespoke or specially-sourced bulk orders, unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
How to start a return
- Email support@kgammonph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll reply with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back within 14 days of authorisation.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that don't reach us. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly-sent items, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. The original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable except where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement, repair where possible, or a full refund including original shipping.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped we'll cancel and refund in full. If it has already shipped, treat it as a standard return once it arrives.
