Refund & Returns

We want you to be happy with your paper goods. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at K. GAMMON PLUMBING & HEATING LTD (trading as Kgammonph).

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened where sealed, and in their original packaging, with all components included.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Paper that has been cut, trimmed, folded, or written on.
• Opened tissue, confetti, or seal/sticker packs.
• Any product showing signs of use or that is not in resaleable condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any return postage we ask you to pay.

How to start a return

1. Email support@kgammonph.shop with your order reference and the items you wish to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the items back in protective packaging. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we will cancel and refund it in full. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
