Shipping & Delivery

K. GAMMON PLUMBING & HEATING LTD (trading as Kgammonph) ships physical paper goods worldwide. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasonal periods processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspection, and remote destinations can extend delivery.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is a flat $6.00. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Where the destination and service support it, a tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Damaged or lost parcels

Paper goods are packed to travel safely. If your order arrives damaged, email support@kgammonph.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For parcels that do not arrive within the estimated window, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the goods less the original shipping cost.

Duties & import taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
